Custom, personalized, and engraved jewelry are not eligible for return or exchange at any time, and are final sale.
All returns must be:
- Sent back within 5 days of receiving item.
- Have no signs of wear or damage.
- In original packaging with jewelry case, box, and silk pouch included.
Buyer is responsible for shipping and a 5% restocking fee will be removed from refund total.
When will I receive my refund?
From the day your return parcel is delivered to our studio, it takes up to 5-10 business days to process your return. Once processed, they will send you a confirmation notice on the return.
At the moment, Noelle and Co. does not offer exchanges for our products.
